Thought you'd be interested in a new way that we've found to
recycle school dinners. The year 2/3 class were undertaking a science investigation 'which is the splashiest liquid'. They has some wall paper paste ready but were struggling to find something else. We noticed in the kitchen at dinner time the answer! Loads of rice pudding left over.
So we used it to test it's splashieness by dropping golf balls into the liquid. A huge success. The children had a good time and planned a good investigation...and we found a safe way to compost the rice pudding at the end of the investigation.
